Within this archive of shows we have a mix of truly amazing footage and some shows which will likely never be watched again. In an effort to curtail the growing storage implications of the archive size we are implementing a very small but necessary pruning process where videos will be slated for deletion. Videos in the purge list must meet ALL OF the following criteria:
- Not Party Chat, Group Chat or Feature Show Recordings
- Recordings where the original customer who had the show has not made a purchase in over one year
- Recordings where the performer is inactive
- Recordings where no customer has used credits on the recording in over one year
Recorded shows which meet all of the above are added to a pending list and will be purged after 30 days. We have updated our VOD interfaces both for regular browsing and when viewing your own recorded shows to make it clear if any of your favorite content is affected. If so, there are always two ways to keep a recording from being purged:
- Make a purchase, this will save all of your recordings for 1 year.
- Use credits on a specific recording, this will save that recording for an additional year.
We plan to keep this process running indefinitely to continually purne back the size of the archive so that the best content is easy to identify amongst this massive archive of recorded shows. Additionally, we have big plans for VOD in 2017 to greatly improve the experience and we look forward to unveiling those changes to you in the coming months.

How do you determine inactive? profile removed from site? time from last login? Quote

There are several different ways for a performer to become inactive, but a performer without a profile shown on the site is definitely inactive. Generally it takes many months of inactivity for a performer to be considered inactive.

I am confused. I received a message saying I have two shows subject for deletion. However, I have a VIP membership, a monthly purchase, and I purchase credits regularly. Shouldn't those purchases make item two from above null and void? With one of the four criteria met shouldn't all my shows be safe from purging? Please explain, thank you. Quote

I'm feeling the same about this!! There are shows I never want to lose. What are we supposed to do? I purchased LOTS of credits from the time I first saw this. I think Flirt needs to look at this again.

Many of the warnings you saw generated regarding your videos will not apply to you and there's no need to worry. We repaired the issue that was causing some customers to see this warning when they should not have.
